Canvas

• All seams are double stitched with heavy duty, rot resistant thread
• Hems from 0.5" to 6"
• Grommets

Flexible Foam

• Tight tolerances of +/- 1/8" or even +/- 1/32"
• Maintain an impressive part reject rate of less than .1%. We have minimal variance, which results in highly consistent parts

Nylon

• 6, 6/6, 11 and 12
• Natural color is white or ivory
• High temperature and chemical resistance
• Offers great tensile strength and good impact and abrasion resistance. The very low coefficient of friction makes it suitable for wear applications.

Vinyl

• Vinyl Coated Polyester - Tough mesh fabric coated with molten vinyl (PVC)
• Vinyl Laminated Polyester - Mesh fabric laminated with 2 layers of vinyl (PVC) film
• Vinyl Clear - Water and UV resistant
